General Shipping Information
Shipping Prices and delivery times are displayed at checkout. Orders are processed Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays. Check your shipping email for your tracking information.
Processing times
Our aim is to get your wearing your accessories as quickly as we can! Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days. Orders will ship after they have been processed. During promotional activities, sales, and during the Christmas/holiday periods our handling times might extend to 4 business days.
Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track the progress of your delivery and and an estimated delivery time frame.
This is only an estimate as the postal service can experience delays and service interruptions.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, Wicked Lotus isn't responsible for any delays that might occur and delivery times are not guaranteed by our carriers unless explicitly stated
If you are experiencing a delay with your order arriving, send our Customer Experience team an email with your order number and they will open an investigation with the mail carrier.
Delivery Day
Everyone's favorite day! Orders are shipped with Authority to Leave. If the mail carrier can locate a safe place to leave your order, orders will be safely delivered. if you have experienced any problems with the delivery of your order, send our team a message with your order number and they will open an investigation with the mail carrier.
Package Theft/ Missing
Our responsibility for a package ends once it is marked delivered by the shipping service. It is the buyers responsibility to provide a safe place for packages to be delivered. If a package is marked delivered but is missing, then the buyer should contact their local post office as soon as possible, look all around the outside of the delivery location, and contact neighbors to see if the package was accidentally delivered to the wrong address. If theft is suspected, then a police report should be filed. We are happy to help with this process, but please understand that ultimately we are not financially responsible for lost packages once they have been delivered.
International Shipping
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and/or advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable. Wicked Lotus is not responsible for delays due to customs. The buyer is responsible for tracking their package and being available to pick it up in a timely manner once it arrives. If you are having trouble tracking your package please contact us.
Please understand that we are not experts in the postal systems of any international countries. As such, we take no responsibility if a package is lost or delayed due to incorrect addressing or erroneous information provided by the buyer. If a package does go missing, please contact us immediately so that we may open an inquiry with the mail carrier. It is the buyers responsibility to track packages, call local facilities if packages go missing and be available to pick up packages at retail outlets if required.
All international orders are sent with the United States Postal Service or their international delivery partner. Once your order arrives into the destination country, USPS will hand this item to your local postal service. Once this happens, the most up to date tracking info can be found from your local postal agency.
