Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Wicked Lotus purchase.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

For eligible U.S. returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items clearly marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

To request a return or exchange, email support@wickedlot.us with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Please do not send an item back before receiving return authorization and instructions.
